Module 4 · The Commitment & the Return Engine

The On-Ramp: Your Next Step Is Already Chosen

Part 1 is done.

Notice what it asked of you: it asked you to name things and own them, the diagnosis, in your words. Part 2 changes the job. Now we build, and the format changes with it: instead of "name it" prompts, every lesson ends in a build rep, one small applied action that puts a real piece of your system in place, not a quiz on what you read. That shift isn't random. A fixed format goes stale for a brain like yours, that's the real mechanism under the "week-three cliff," not a character flaw, so the course deliberately changes shape to stay live. And it points at the real endgame: by the end you won't be holding a pile of facts, you'll have built a life structure that fits you, assembled from options, because one size never fits every ADHD brain. The novelty is a design choice working for you.

And there's nothing left for you to decide. You already set when you're coming back (4.4). You already know where you're going: Module 5, the Body, sleep, morning light, movement, and an honest take on food and substances, because it's the physical substrate every other system in the course runs on. So when your cue hits tomorrow, you don't plan, you don't choose, you don't summon willpower. You open the Body module and do Lesson 5.1. One tap. The whole point of this bridge was to make your next step require nothing from the part of you that's tired. It's set. I'll see you in training.
