Even the Pill Only Opens a Window
Let's be fair to medication: for core symptoms, it's among the most effective tools in all of psychiatry.
If it helps you, that's real, don't let anyone shame you off it. But here's what the prescription didn't come with: medication tunes the signal; it doesn't build the system. It can get you more time on task without improving the quality of what you produce. It doesn't make routines, organize your space, or run your money. Think of it as opening a window of availability, and the furniture still has to go in the room. That's not a knock on meds. It's the reason a course like this has to exist: the medical answer alone leaves the whole functional side undone, and nobody handed you the rest.
